The current UCU HE Campaign may be headlined as a pay campaign, but members may well consider that the workload strand of the dispute resonates more with them.

At Bradford, workload continues to be a significant issue for many staff.   A 20% reduction in support staff has inevitably increased pressure both within those areas but also amongst the areas that they support, and as we move into Phase 3 of BEP (the Size & Shape Review), that pressure is only likely to increase.

Our message is that the UCU Campaign is not just about pay.  Please cast your vote and mandate UCU to tackle your employer on unfair workloads.
